Does anybody know where I can buy/borrow/download or otherwise get hold of a Service or Workshop Manual that covers my 1999 UK 2.0 S-Turbo Forester. Even the dealers can't seem to get them!!

Singapore / Malaysia get UK spec S-turbo's and if anyone can get one, he can.
