due to horrendous full consuption for short trip to and from work in Scoob(not to mention retards who cant stop their door hitting mine)i took the plunge and bought a P.O.S escort 1.3 to run about in
well i just filled it up for the first time and like a nugget naturally went to the Optimax pump and brimmed it!!!
Not happy!!

Just have a thought for the Import boys ... they need the Optimax AND the Octane Booster to even match the BHP levels of UK cars!!
I am sure you will notice a smooooooth drive for 600 miles!!

Pete, what are you on about????
i run Optimax in my WRX type R (standard) and it put 269.1BHP on the rollers (no booster) i've not seen a UK spec impreza of the same age put out this much power?
as for the smooth running, i cant be arsed to adjust the tappets so it rattles like a bag of bolts, whole point to driving a shed, no drama, plus the smug feeling when you see an Audi drivers face when you park next to his brand new pride and joy!
