Have a look in either of the 2 jap car mags...Japanese Performance or Banzi....both available from WHSmith's, there's usually a few ads for jap auctions etc.

try win-tech.co.jp or tau-net.co.jp mainly damaged cars, or showatrade.com and look at the stock items.

Or try Newera Imports. They have a resident buyer in Japan called Miguel who purchases really nice cars all the time. You can even give him a call in Japan to discuss your requirements. Im on my 3rd car from Miguel and would not hesitate to go back.

Wouldn't you be better of just letting reputable importer sort it all out for you, make sure you get a good one, do all the dirty work, and most of them offer years warranty too!

If you email me as profile; I will tell you what price a vehicle is selling for at auction at the moment. Remember that this will be excluding de-reg and transportation / port fees. btw; I wouldnt touch TAU with a ****ty stick... the same goes for nearly all of the 'companies' that you will find on the internet

Newera are the daddies i got me a car arriving in ther UK today c/o Miguel all i gora do now is wait till Jan probably till it's SV'd etc etc.....
It is good with 'em thou basically send him a list of what you seek & as long as yer budget is suffiecient he'll get you a DECENT example they dont buy shyte hence why they have such a good rep! & they have a set fee of £900 so you pretty much no where you stand

Cool

For scoobies http://www.litchfieldimports.co.uk seem to have good reports/reputation.
For everything (dunno if they've been mentioned yet ) http://www.neweraimports.com/index.htm have a great reputation across every board i've been on (a few ) hence why i'm using them. This reputation comes from only buying the best examples which is just what i'm after

Yes, my vote goes to Miguel @ NewEra, he found me a minter of a v5 Type R V-Ltd.

Just look at the NewEra testimonial page to see my car

Apples.... nail on the head!

Yes, apart from the dealers - are there online sites where I can view the motors myself? I will still go through a dealer but nice to know whats out there first..

Cheers
