Cool

I have just got my first scooby (MY03 WRX)and am looking to put some mudflaps on.I am tempted by the scoobyworld ones but it seems like a lot of cash to be parting with without even seeing them in the flesh. Can anyone make any recomendations?

Yep, I've seen the thread somewhere or you could try Scott / Megabusa who's supplying the full kit including brackets, screws etc - keep an eye out for his banner ad at the top of the page...

you might think they're expensive but go and ask a dealer for the official prices

Just recently fitted a set from Scott and they are superb quality with an excellent fitting kit and they work out to £37.50 per corner, which personally I think is quite good value for money, christ sake I spent £120 on something that go's psssstch once!

I brought a set from Scott's Automotive and fitted them today (03WRX). Got to say I'm very happy with them.

Ask him for a Scoobynet discount

Fitting Tips:

The instructions are very good. Get some Waxoyl because you have to drill 4 holes! Halfords do aerosol cans of Waxoyl. The trickiest bit was the holding the plastic "C" nuts in place, but some electrical insulation tape did the trick.

Once you've got all the "fix'in", the Flaps are cheap to replace

Demon Tweeks do 1.5mm polyethylene or 2mm thick diaprene, in various colours.
