Erm, legacy queries from a newbie

Hi All,
I have a '95 legacy and it's great! Well, the brakes fade, the car wallows, it's underpowered and feels just kinda vague.
Yeah, I know. If I could I'd hop out and get an Impreza Turbo. Well, one day. But for now can anyone help me out on a couple of things;
Can you get camber bolts for the legacy, how similar is it underneath to the Imp?
Will a change of pads help the brakes out?
