Don't listen to Twigster, his policy is already Null and Void with the amount of mods he has. You will be looking at paying the same percentage increase of premium, for the percentage increase in BHP you gain from the said mods.

Liv Vic wont insure Jamie, as he is only a baby
I would ring and ask before buying anything, just in case they want to load it up by a stupid amount, recommend you try and speak to someone who knows what they are talking about too when u phone em

don't bother with Tesco Jamie
I tried asking them about adding a scoobysports back box onto my car and they said it would have to go into the plus 10% bracket which was an added premium of over 200 pounds plus an extra 100 pounds on the excess.
BTW im now 23, MY99 and an SP30. I'm affraid the sad truth is unless you like throwing money at the insurance theiving scum then it's just not cost effective to mod until you can get insured by one of the resonable companies like L&V.
Roll on 25!
