have alook at www.drivetoish.co.uk on the videos page to see how the nova did against henry's skyline
There were some top quick cars there today, and some not at all like you'd expect, like the Starlet, and the Nova. But there were about 3 skylines that were seriously quick sub 11 sec machines.
Never been to Santa Pod before and it was awesome to see these, think I might have to go again 1st Nov when the proper sub 5 sec cars come out to play, that must really be something to see.
Had a great day out.

The Nova has allready run low 11's...
It kept relatively close to a Skyline in Ish's site a few posts up, the skyline is proven 650bhp @ the hubs...
So yeah, its pretty rapid, not any scoobs over here than could touch it I dont think, especially when its running right

yeah it was . It had 2 engines in and a 6 speed box. Best time I managed was a 13.1. Bit dissapointed but loads of bits inc FMIC, LInk going on in the next couple of weeks

Kudos to the guys to created the twin engine'd beasty.
It's pushing things a bit far however to call it a nova though is'nt it though?
I suspect the only thing 'nova' left was the body shell and some instruments. I.e Two calibra engines, non nova transmisson, non nova gearbox, non nova suspension and non nova clutch etc
Therefore IMHO it's a lightweight drag car with a Nova bodyshell. That 700Bhp Puma falls into the same catagory too IMHO.
