Last week my mother and auntie came out of a shop. My auntie said oh look theres the same car as you've just ordered an MG. My last car was a BMW 328 convertible.
A couple of weeks after getting the scoob, I saw a freind of the family (she's in her 50's). She came towards me with sympathetic look and asked if that was my car. When I said yes, she touched my shoulder and said "Don't worry, things will pick up again".
Most people I see think I've had a downturn in my luck to be driving the scoob!

The plus part is, I don't get the 'you w4nker' looks anymore.
Infact I'm surprised at the amount of positive attention I get in the scoob.

Mine seems to get accused of being a Nissan.

A bloke I used to work with said it looks like a Nissan Sunny. Then, several weeks ago I made the mistake of driving into Leicester Square on a Saturday night. On leaving, at around 1am, I was trying to navigate the narrow roads swarming with pissed-up people, when a young bloke showing off to his mates punched my spoiler while loudly proclaiming, "look at the stupid spoiler on the back of this Nissan". Still, never seen anyone move as fast as he did when the reversing lights went on...
