some idiot in a taxi decided to use his accelerator instead of his brake and drove into my stationary car wrecking my boot,bumper,exhaust shifted back 1 ft and requires a new boot floor panel-not the happiest person as both my wife and baby were in the car at the time

Guys how do you know it wasn't an accident? Believe it or not these things happen.

Making a false claim hurts us all in the long run and such false claims are the reason for increased premiums each year.

Am also gutted for you but at least everyone is ok.

My mate was in my clio when we got tapped from behind and i do mean tapped ........... he got a cheque today for £2,450 ..... whiplash conning git .....go for it yourself mate.....He is not my mate anymore coz even though it wasnt my fault coz he claimed it went on my file and my insurance went up .....
