Unhappy

My 99 GTB (65,000 miles) is just about to be returned after a second blown engine. Full rebuild again stemming from Cracked pistons - probably caused by low oil level on a track day. Anyway 3 cracked alloys- spit and polish were asked to refurb them and thats what they found. Does any one have any idea why alloys crack like this. Spit and polish had 2 I could buy but still need 1 x 17 inch 5 spoke silver. Input please

Ally only usually cracks after repeated flexing, have you been jumping the car ?

Or poor casting with crap in the ally

If you have been going over it at warp 10

But even then, they should still not crack
