Dont think the price for the new car is very good , I've just bought a brand new Sti for £23.1k ( so 25.1k max with ppp )
Though the trade in on yours sounds good

Thats at Lucas of Mansfield , the price was £23120
Foxmod got that price at Beechdale in Nottingham last month , I asked Lucas to match it and they did
I also found out from a different dealer ( ex dealer now ) the price that the dealers pay , which is £22650

I know of a MY03 STi which is in a dealers for £23750 and it has only done 2,000 miles. However, it is black and hte previous owner chopped it for an identical one but in blue
£24k for 14,000 miles seems a bit high but then the PPP for the STi is £2,000 verses the WRX PPP at £1600
Never go with dealers first offer, always room for haggling included
