Can anyone recommend a paint shop in West Suusex where I can get my sills painted? Also any ideas on the aproximate cost?

I was surprised that the sills seem to be the only bit not colour coded. Is that to help differentiate the STI? Luckily my car is black, so its not THAT noticable
Do they actually paint the current strips for that price, or replace them with painted ones? The surface doesn't seem the sort that you'd paint - certainly not if you want a smooth finish.

Thanks for the pics Ajax. However, i spent a while looking at your motor at the Jap Fest at Hickstead. Thats why im thinking of doing the same.

eddie h: about a day or two before I was able to pick it up, not sure on the price, it was dead cheep, because it was done from new.
I will kook the cost out later, and post it.
