Spot the Newbie?!

Well i've had the scoob just over a week and questions keep popping into my head, thought you people might be able to help.
So here goes.
1. My97 is an R reg in white totally standard except for the receipt from Prodrive for the PPP engine kit. Owner before could not tell me too much about it. I know its ecu, exhaust and induction but what power gains/other things does it give??
2. How long on warm up before giving it some, how long cool down after coming to a halt?
3. Colour coding. How easy, i want to do mirrors, skirts and handles. Anywhere else usually done?
4. Indicator stem on the right hand side of steering wheel?
5. Dash kits, I want white kit. Who, where, how much?
6. What revs should you not go over to preserve engine?

Yep it's a Ramair thingy!!
Car's running a bit lumpy, if you know what I mean, can anyone tune these or is it Subaru Dealerships only, (car has warranty until 2004 and want to keep it!!)
Still curious as to power output with PPP kit on?

2. Really need a oil temp gauge but can be as long as ten mins from cold. Stopping : I always cruise off boost for the last mile and give it about a minute to cool down.
3. I had my my98 done at the dealers cost £300 all in a good spray shop should be able to do it but watch the plastic clip they break really easy

6. No point going to the redline the power drops off. I have an import and my max power is at 6,600 and redlien 7,500. Cant remeber the UK but I would change at least 1000 before the redline as it pointless going any higher. Make sure car is nice and warm before using lots of revs.
