IMHO, the Escort Cossie, although a great car in its day, is starting to show its age in company like this......

For this reason it has to come last with the others being a very close race between 1st 2nd and 3rd!

I would agree with cossie, but i would rate the 22b and evo7 higher. So:
22B
evo7
escort
P1

P1 WR....is it you?

My order would be:

Escort Cossie.
22B/Evo VII
P1

Unhappy

Put the looks aside & the fact that its a Scooby site here most would realistically admit that the Evo VII is the best car of the lot out of them

Although yes, a 22b is desirable, it is however flawed in the company of an Evo VII.

same with a P1, but, if you like you cars soft, I would go for one of them over an Evo, even if the Evo is a better car

The Evo demands to be driven hard 100% of the time, the scooby my gran could drive it (either P1 or 22b), which me defeats the object of it lol.

Interesting that Evo magazine say the Spec C is the first scoob to make a convincing step forward from tbest scoob made before, the P1 & the close sibling the RB5 WR & the best comment of all? it feels like they got the Misubushi engineers in to build it for them

Escort cossie - lots of heritage (apparently), tunable (they all are at the end of the day, but the cossie has been around longer so you know of more high powered examples) but have you ever drivn one?

one word, yuk!

Get the Evo

What about putting a Type R into the equation. I think a Type R is more than a match for an EVO VII.

why do people think that a P1 is not a type R?

chris agree evo 7 is another class, but I think you should drive a 22B first before assuming it is anything like as easy to drive as a P1.

The type r and ras are far more challenging behind the wheel and don't have active yaw control to flatter your driving.
