dump valves and waste gates

hi hope someone can help i have just bought a bran new black WRX with the evo spoolier and i want to know if the dump valves and waste gates are the same fitment etc and the later model.

Say what? The wastegate is built into the turbo, so that answers that question. You also, IIRC, need a new-age specific dump valve if you want to change it.
If you've only just got the car though, I'd suggest that it's not worth invalidating your warranty just for a louder dump. Functionally, there's nothing wrong with the standard DV...
