Aggi and Kim recommend a mixture of Bicarbonate of soda, margarine, ethanol, water and a nugget of Badger poo (Dog will do if you have not got any Badgers)

This will do for the exhaust as well

A few drops of dishwasher rinse aid are good in the water u use to rinse the car, makes it sparkle.

What do people use to shampoo their carpets with, and what type of vacuum do they use?

i use simonez...but don't use their colour restorer, it's pants! Used it a month ago and tried it on the back passenger door! The rest of the car glemed, the passenger door looked dull as if you just cleaned off bird poo! and i cant clear it off. even after cleaning it today you can still see the marks! colour restorer, more like colour takeawayer!

I just bought the swissol Teflon wax, so far it's bloomin fantastic, I did 150miles on saturday, and only have two flies stuck on it, mind you, it ain't the cheapest, but I used Wax wizard b4, and it's even better than that!
Ron.

ps, the guy who did the previous post, you should come to the Dorset meets!!!

I spent a load of money on this Meguiars stuff and found it hard work to get results only as good as Autoglym.
The protection it gives is even worse than Autoglym at thats with 4 coats of wax on so far.
Its not very good and too much money and I have ot use it now until its finished.
So thats £50 odd quid wasted that I could have spent on WW.
You live and learn I suppose.
Cheers.
Ian.

Wouldnt use anything other than Zymol, its expensive but I've tried ALL the others and its by far the best.
I use a Brillo to clean inside my exhaust, took an evening course at the local college in Amateur Gynacology and can now clean right up to the Turbo! I can also decorate the hall thro' the letter box.
