Exclamation

Please be carefully guys (and gals) for a new worm virus out there.

I work in the IT industy and have had customer flooding by sales line all of today buying antivirus software form me, as there is a particularlly nasty new virus out there.

It's called MSBLAST and usually comes in as an attachment, usually with an obscure message attached. DON'T open the attachment, delete it right away and empty your recycle bin / delete items to get rid of it perminantly.

more info at the following page

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/3143625.stm

If any of you do have anti virus software installed, make sure it's updated. For those that don't, please just be carefully.

I wouldn't want any of you to get this, and i'm trying to do my bit to stop it getting any worse. You have been warned

I'll just sit behind my Zonealarm Pro 4 and Norton Anivirus, with up to date databases then ... and scan / read / reply ro these messages ...

I feel fairly secure but not definitely as some sneaky goit can get it ( a new virus ) to you before the anti -XXX companies update the wares we pay for...
