My scooby seems to get very very hot under the bonnet, even in short distances, but temp gauge is normal, sometimes u struggle to open the bonnet and wings are roasting???

The temp gauge stays normal and never moves???

Any ideas??

The temp. guage always stays 1/2 way up the dial on every Scoob I've ever seen...until your radiator splits and then it shoots up to the top
