Looking at the top of the front page, it now tells us how many regisered users and how many guest are browsing, I've been registered for years, but have never signed in, am I daft???

I assume that if you can post, you are already signed in - ie: your computer automatically logs you in when you hook up to Scoobynet (mine does anyway)

Not being an IT Bod, does the fact that when I go to reply to a thread and I don't have to enter my username and password, mean that there's a cookie in the history files that's in effect signing me in.......... I am the pc novice!

Have a look in your cookie folder, you'll need to remove a few if you've ever visited some of the more ahem! popular things on the net.
Do this especially if you ever need to take your PC for repair. Remember Gary Glitter!
