dont do 0:40 if u can avoid it 5:40 minimum generally recommended on here up2 15:60 at trackday fun as a general guide i use 10:40 fully synth

Can anyone help just checked my oil level and it is sitting at the low level . What kind of oil do i use ? SCOOBY WRX .

synthetic if turbo or semi-synthetic if non turbo
make isn't that important but a decent synthetic would be mobil-1

I run a 1990 Toyota 7M-GTE on Mobil-1 and its running perfectly, its expensive as synthetic oils go, but you get what you pay for...as you do with most things these days
