Spraying new spoiler ! Suggestions?

Not doin' it myself ! Shall I get it sprayed by the man who does it in his garage and heats the item either with his heater or in Sun or,shall I get it done by someone who might charge me more but will give proper oven heat treatment to the spoiler?

Umm...I thought so,Borro.People keep confusing me and tellin' me to save money here n there.But I wanna give the best treatment I can to my baby!
