should i use for a oil change on my95 wrx . I was going to get fully synthetic mobil f1 but not sure if this is suitible

Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w/50 is fine. The "normal" 0w/40 version is too thin. You'll also see Motul 300V 15w/50 and Castrol RS 10w/60 spoken of in favourable terms here.
