is it worth getting one just seen a kit for 200 squid doesnt seem to bad , but is it worth getting one for my sti4???

Eh? If you've got an STi IV, it should already have IC water spray...

Isn't it only Type-R/RA that have waterspray as standard (along with no ABS hence the spray bottle is located where the ABS unit usually goes)?

Anyway you can do it cheaply by getting a windscreen washer bottle off a UK car and using the headlight washer pump to connect to spray nozzles. Need to manually switch it or fit some kind of controller but it works nicely.
