Got mine fitted and mapped today by Bob Rawle. If you can't make up your mind, I have a bit of advice for you: GO FOR IT!!!:
My car is as I wanted it to be, and better than I expected. Bob really knows his stuff, and was patience itself to all my questions.

He and Branko advised me to buy an STi5 intercooler, which I was thinking about before I went, and which has made a difference. Bob thought my car was a "good 'un" as they say around here.

Really pleased with the results.

Oh, and Bob's car is on another plane!!or it goes like a 'plane)

OK, arrived approx 9.30, it took about an hour to fit the LINK, fit the 3 port solenoid valve, make some checks, and set up for mapping. The whole lot was complete around 1.30.
The bl**dy thing FLIES now!: The grin factor, that I had when I first had the car, is back, big time. Cruise at 80, touch the throttle, and 100 is there, just like that. Amazing.(On my private roads, of course.)

alcazar i echo your statement word for word. I was a bit nervous of what to expect when going to see Bob but now im chuffed to bits. The only problem is after two weeks (of link ECU) im already looking at what to do next. Its acted like a taster of what can be done power wise, especially after going out in Bobs motor.
Some test strip too!
