As far as I'm aware on the PPP conversion its the intercooler hose that get swapped.
Its a Y shaped hose at the bottom of the intercooler.
A lot of people swap this hose for one made by Samco (commonly called the turbo 3 piece hose kit) as there have beng some cases of this hose splitting when a higher than normal boost is run ie PPP or via a ECUTEK remap or by a dawnes device, as the factory stndard is a poorly designed rigid plastic hose.

This picture of my bits is nearly getting as much net space as the famous Scooby in a Lake picture.
Its the black Y-shaped pipe. The Prodrive one has thicker walls & is blue.

I'm having PPP fitted to my WRX in Belgium next week - is there any point in me bringing the old parts back? The magpie in me says never throw anything away - the sensible bit in me (installed by the wife with a large hammer) says that it'll be a pain to carry home, will take up space in the garage, and will have to be taken to the dump in a few years time when the car's long gone.
Any thoughts?
