I have £10.000 to buy a wrx, and was wondering what reg and condition i should be looking at.

Do you really mean a WRX (Jap import) or would you consider a UK spec model?
For £10k you could get yourself a nice UK motor, have a look in the for sale section to get an idea on price, but I'd say a that would buy you a 1998/1999/2000 model depending on mileage etc.

Same as that. I'd say a very good 99 with mods for that m8.
