VIRUS - Anyone know Stef Hillwood
#1
Received an email this morning from "Stef Hillwood" subject heading was Suburu valve. Content was:
"Hi Jim=20
Thanks for being so prompt ,oh and i meant to say it sounded like a cow not a car, but never mind.
please go ahead with order.and how would you liPn"
Obviously not for me, but it also had an "exe" attachment, which I deleted immediately (didn't note the name)
Bound to be a virus......be aware as the common denominator is probably this BBS.

I got this too, didn't open the .exe attachment.
But it may not be anything to do with this BBS, it went to one of my accounts not in my profile.

I got this mail at home and at work today!
It looks like a Bugbear virus, so the work one was caught by Messagelabs, and the home one by Nortons!
Only a select few people have the work address, so I can probably track it down to where it came from!!!
