Cool

Being a scooby virgin (until very shortly, have managed to persude the missus into allowing one into the house!!) . Been today to look at a very nice x reg. Its a Subaru 2.0i Sport. If this is to be purchased, can i add turbo, exhaust system etc etc to beef it up a little more. Main reason for sport is lack of cash as we are due to move and also those friendly insurance people are trying too hard to spend my wages!!!

Any help would be great.

Cheers Rat.

Well the 20i responds well to the usual filter/exhaust mods and you could turbo convert it if thats what you mean, but you would be looking at about half of what you paid for the car to sort.
But lots of other things to do.
Enjoy for now and buy things one at a time that way you will feel the difference more.

Big nottm crew here today.

Their are quiet a few people on here who have sports.
If you try and use the "search" feature above, you will find
loads of info.
If you did stick a turbo on it in the future, the insurance would
still probably give you a whacking
Why not try taking a sport and a turbo for a test drive to
gadge the difference.
Best of luck
Greg

Like Greg said take a Turbo and the sport out for a test drive and see the difference, the Sport isnt the same as a Turbo without the turbo and would cost you alot to put a turbo on.
There are turbo's going "quite" cheep so if you shop around you may find a good one for not alot of money.

I know where to get Turbos in Notts for 'cheap'. An X plate turbo can be yours for about £9.6k. Don't listen to idiots who are asking for over that for an X-plated turbo!
