i have a dent in the back door had dent man out he said he could not do it is there any other way of getting it out can the door panel be taken off easy

just tried to get door panel off anyone know it seems to be stuck near the door lever

door panel? do you mean the inside door trim?

What MYdo you have? If it's a MY99/00, then you need to remove the first screw (behind the square cover), then pull up on the lecky window controls and disconnect them to remove it completely. Then remove the 2nd screw behind the controls.

Then you need to gently prize off the little plastic trim surrounding the door lever.

Once that's off, gently pull off the trim from the bottom and sides - it's only held on with some poppers. Then pul the trim upwards towards the door glass and it'll lift off the metal hooks that run along the top of the door.

CHEERS M8 IT'S A MY98 I HAVE DONE ALL THAT BUT STILL IT WILL NOT COME OFF IT SEEMS STUCK ROUND THE DOOR HANDLE

Not sure about an MY98, but there's nothing holding it on on the later cars. You've removed both the screws, the lecky control AND the trim around the door handle????

do the cars have side impact protection beams, this might impede the repair??

he said it was to close to the edge of the door can you have new skins put on the doors or will i have to get a door
