Worrying rattleing noise

Took the scoob out for a blast today and when I started the car and for the first 10-15 mins or so of the drive I had a worrying rattle to the engine noise. It seemed to dissappear when everything was up to temperature and there didn't appear to be any ill effects. Should I be worried?
