You can stream it via media player rather than download the whole thing.

I'm at 95% complete now and its taken about 4 hours on a 4mbit/s connection!!

I'm really surprised as I have a 2 mbit leased line connection and it took 10 minutes to actually download the file. Well when you finally download it I'm sure you will enjoy.

5k as second on a 1meg NTL line. i for sure won't be downloading, unless some nice person hosts that has a "proper" connection.
