Why not merge SIDC & Scoobynet webs?

I am curious why we don't combine the SIDC and this forum as they seem to have similar topics, similar appeal, (Although this site is more used), and may benefit from a single one. I am an SIDC member and enjoy the magazine and stuff but use this site more than the SIDC one.
Any views ?

They were once a long time ago 
. It would be difficult now though as they are both companies just linked by a marque an offer different things.
Although the SIDC BBS isnt strictly for SIDC members they tend be the only ones there. Scoobynet also includes a lot of non-scooby owners, non SIDC members and SIDC members.
