Hi all
just had P1 in for its first MOT was running it with the two cats out but replaced centre one for Mot but it still failed on emissions any suggestions

run it for about 10 miles (spirited) to get it nice & warm, then get the emissions done first

your p1 does not have 2 cats it has one large cat in the downpipe.the middle box is just a resonator.if u dont have the orig downpipe on u wont pass the mot.only other solution is get a sports cat cntre section

Mike the center pipe hasn't a cat. I had the same problem with my sti all you need to do is find someone with a uk car who has a centre pipe you can use for the mot.Scooby Sports have a double cat centre section which works fine.
