toyota celica GT4 turbo, tuning??

1990 GT4, what they like for tuning? standad boost? are they like cossies etc with adjustable actuator and easily chipped ecu's and changable injectors? or are they not so easy to mildly tweek?

I used to have one before the scoob MY90 ST185... They are just to heavy in my opinion.. and was know where near as quick as my scoob.
On mine i had a blitz air filter and a relief valve set to 12psi...
