Sorry folks (I dont know why Im apologising!)Ive just gone and ordered a GTi turbo from Belgium. This was after much deliberation and what finally did it was both my car and my wifes being broken into 2 weeks ago on my front drive (Mk111 GTI and Fiesta). I just dont think I d sleep easy in my bed with a Scoob on full show in my drive. Very sad, I know, but there you go. What makes it worse is that there is a lovely Terzo for sale on the forecourt of a garage dead opposite my house so I have to see it every time I leave the house! Any way I think the Scooby is a great car and the Board is a brilliant forum so Ill keep looking and posting occaisionally if thats OK. Cheers

 

All you would need is to make sure your car is more secure than the Terzo opposite - then they will always go for the Terzo and it will be safer than the Golf

 

good idea but the Terzo is for sale and will not be around long (or will it!) Its already been there for about 6 weeks - S reg 16k miles £19k Cheers
