What's the best way to stop rattly trim on the inside of my wagon boot?

Thick foam down the back? Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

Question

And while you're thinking about BuRR's boot, please someone tell me what to do about rattles under the dash of a '98 UK car.
It's much worse,(obviously) since I had solid drop links, ALK, and stiffer rear ARB fitted.
Sorry to Hijack the thread, but should it really go THUD very loudly, every time I run over a catseye?

Have you taken the cover off to see if there is anything loose?
