Make your Car CO2 Neutral. Shut up the Greens !!
#1
To cut a long story short, my employer has planted a tree for me because of some voluntary work I did. I have for a while wanted to make my car CO2 neutral but have never got round to it.
I'm not an environmentalist, but do recycle bottles, cans plastics and paper. Just seems the right thing to do.
Anyway with my new tree I got a certificate and a website.
On the web site is a calculator which enables you to calculate how many trees you need to plant to make your car CO2 neutral and you can include train travel.
Bottom line is I need to plant 8 trees to make my travel CO2 neutral, and it only costs £8.50 a tree. So for 70 quid (less than two tanks of petrol) I can tell all the greens to take a running jump! I'm guessing it's a reputable company as I work for a large Bank so if anyone is interested log on to:
www.futureforests.com
sorry I can't do the clicky.
Have a look and see what you think.

Tree Huggers
Seems a good idea to me. Or alternatively, don't cut your grass!
