Colour Dilemma
#1
Only a few weeks left until my STI 8 arrives on these shores but I have ordered a WR Blue one, but I am starting to sway towards the black Mica
One reason is that everyone has ordered the WR Blue and soon the streets of Luton(Where I live) will no doubt be inundated with them.............
Ok maybe not inundated but I would hate for there to be more than 3...........
Opinions would be greatly received!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks
Rich

Black will be a swine to keep clean. I'd set my heart on the colour for my MY03 wagon, but after seeing one dirty (usual state of affairs for black) decided to go for silver...

Put it as a "pro" too, because it does look awesome when clean
Also, from certain oblique angles you see more of a copper colour, which really is rather smart.
Silver with gold wheels doesn't look good IMHO
Blue is common, and has been done to death now
Whatever, you'll not really regret it as there's no bad colour. I occasionally see people in lime green Seats, and you can see from their expression that hindsight is helping them to make sure they never do *that* again

The new graphite black looks fantastic in sunny weather like today. It has gold metallic fleck in it.
Does show the dirt up though

As the Other half would say decision making is not my strong point........
I don't know if I should call the Dealer and change my mind....
another Con is that it will surly delay delivery...

Definatly blue mate, after all it's the colour of the rally car.Black is probably the worst colour to keep looking clean and shiny,it also shows up every little scratch. It also doesn't stay looking shiny for long after youv'e polished it,a couple of washes later and it soon goes dull.Trust me i know, from owning a black car for quite some time and being a ex car valater.

All the 22bs were blue
All the p1s were blue
All the Mcrae editions was blue
All the Terzos were blue
Most of the Japanese limited were blue
The wrc's are blue
When chatting in the pub (as you do) and the subject of cars pops up when you mention that you have a impreza the next question is usually "is it blue with gold wheels ?"
