it is light blue i think it is called mica blue but i need to know where the paint id number is located on the car to get it exact to get a v5 spoiler sprayed

Above the front nearside strut under the bonnet - that's where your plate should be that shows the paint code.

On the Uk cars, the bottom left embossed value is the paint code.

On the MY99 Uk car, 64C is green mica.
