having got out of my my97 with ppp - ie prodrive backbox, and getting into the sti8 i noticed how quiet it was!

So in keeping with the scooby noise...

thinking about the tsl firestorm for the new one...

i dont want it too over the top so not sure, any other ideas?
the noise from my current car gets you heard without someone thinking concorde is flying 100ft overhead!

anyone else got ideas?

DeerHunter,

Mine is now in the showroom (ready for tomorrow) and is fitted with a TSL firestorm BB and TSL centre Decat section.

Sounds the dogs Bol****s. Much nicer sound than the scooby sport

Stroll on tomorrow

i do like the look of the firestorm.....

but for £370 thinking about saving the rest for ppp which i really want!

dont want to buy it, making the std one useless and then replace again when i get ppp'd....

Cool

DeerHunter

My dealer has said they will knock the cost of the exhaust off when I get PPP and the cost of the centre decat, so no probs. A good dealer will always sell a Prodrive BB and centre section

Anyway the same company makes the Firestorm and the Prodrive BB. It is made by Scorpion exhausts.

Steve have you heard the new Scoobysport BB ? It's just that I have heard the TSL one from outside the car on an STi 7 and it sounded great, but the other half did not want too big a pipe (if you excuse the pun ) so got her the SS BB. I think I may go for the TSL Group N job in 4"
