White ?, I'd go for white next time, (currently silver MY00), had several white cars in the past and one two black ones (never again !), too hard to keep clean, get dusty, show polish marks, get too hot in summer..
Tell the wife, white is this years black !!

Hi Phil

I want pics too. I asked about white when i was looking at the STI8. I think white really suits the 01 onwards i don't know what is but WRBlue does'nt look the same on the STI8 and black just looks crap now, its got that crap green colour in it. Its a shame really cos blue/black was gorgeous

Scott, stick with the white

Yeh I like white... looks clean (I mean in a styling sort of way ) and if you get fed up with it you can always put some flame graphics down the side

Phil, good choice, I think the new shape looks stunning in white and probably would have bought my bugeye in white if I could have. I too think WRblue is too common so I got mica green metallic. Everyone who sees it in the flesh comments on how nice the colour is, but it HAS to be kept clean so you can see the gold fleck in the paint.

Any price from your resprayer yet?

Saw a white one at Town and Country in Aberdeen this morning - looks good, but there again I've got a white STI3 so might be a bit biased.

Kevin.

There have been a couple of pics of 03 white WRX's or STi's and they look great IMHO - I think its the best colour for the new model (WR Blue taken out of the equation as it is THE Subaru colour - even though I went blue/black so it wouldn't stand out the same).

Hope you enjoy it.

Phil, can't find a white STI but I have a white MY03 WRX and a silver STI:

White is a good STI colour and was always shown on the Subaru global website at one time in classic guise. I'd say go for it. Message to Mrs Stephens: Don't let him go for black you will regret it when he's moaning about how difficult it is to keep clean.

I can fully understand why people go for WR Blue, it is THE Subaru colour however - Id think silver and white both look great. Very Jap looking, very rally esc.
