My MY01 isn't due to be changed until Feb 04 but I convinced the boss it might be better to off load after 2 1/2 years

Phil,

Noooooooooooooooooooooo, don't do it

Anyway, I KNOW you never clean your cars. I've heard you keep a small boy hidden under the stairs to do it for you

At least people will be able to see what they're crashing into!!

Ed

PS The offer is still there for the add ons if you want them

Who do you think you're kidding? It's got nothing to do with cleaning, or a 'green tinge'. The new black is a stunning colour (no green) and white is without doubt the most difficult to keep clean, and looks nastiest when it isn't(having had both black and white cars in the past).

I think you need to be honest with yourself first, before deciding how to convince your good lady.

Josh

PS Although it's not my cup of tea, but I've always thought the white STi8 actually looked pretty good.

I'll never have a black car again - nightmare!

I've had several white cars and TBH they're not too bad to keep clean.

IIRC Davyboy had trouble selling his nice looking white WRX because of colour but he'll confirm this.

Was gonna order a white STI 8 but was told that it would arrive in December as it would be done from factory as a special order. Now got a WR blue instead. Sniff sniff!

Mine is a special order but I am assured July Build for Aug/Sept delivery

One dealer could supply a white one for April Delivery [I assume they had bought one on spec]

I did have to wait a while to sell mine, even though it was considerably cheaper than any others at the time.

.........but you are being individual, I mean you could always just buy a blue one

Thats my thoughts Davyboy

Anyway its a company car so I do not actually have to worry about PX values

Just the Value and Co2 emissions

understand that its due to the 8 pot brakes on the front (Tim at Osbornes was saying) so only the ones in the brochure fit as the others wont go over them or sit around them

give him a ring this was last year when looking at a 7

Just to say the brakes are still only 4 pot on the STi's but the calipers are so big that only 2 types of Subaru wheel fit them.

and

Hope this helps.
