Speak to Mark Underwood at Wax Wizard/Swissol to get your kit!
There are various group buys to look out for, its not the cheapest wax/kit but it is extremely good and i use it myself

Cheers BL,i think what i'm after must be a water addative wax ,i.e. just add to cold water and chuck over the car once it's washed ,the water then runs off as it would do on a freshly polished car...

Matty,
I know some people can't was the car at home but a friend of mine used to work at a car wash on a main dealer site.
At the end of the day he used to hose down and clean the brushes. He said he ended up with a pile of grit and muck underneath each brush.
He also said that most car washes (UK at least) recycle a large proportion of the water to save costs. So your car is washed with mucky water with brushes that spin over your paintwork full of grit.
I have never used one since he showed me and thats over tenyears ago.

Halfords used to do "rinse aid" to add to water and pour over car from a watering can. 90% of the water was removed so leathering was a very quick job. From what i can tell they don't do it any more as i haven't seen it in any outlets for ages.
