You're both right, there are two slightly different colours for different years. Can't remember which is which, though - and I own one!

MY00 cars get Deep Blue Mica ... MY99 and before are Dark Blue Mica. Not sure about the bug-eyed jobbies though
Deep Blue is slightly lighter than Dark Blue
Doofus.
