is the online chat room working as i seem unable to access it , keeps telling my username and password are invalid

It is working fine for me.

Try clearing your cookies and entering your username and password again.

If you are running IE 6 then right click on the icon on your deskyop and you will see the option to delete cookies.

Any other browsers and I tend to clear cookies by accident rather than purpose.
