Once I have sold my Sport I will be ordering my new WRX MY03 on a contract hire/lease basis.

Just wondering, I can get fully maintained (all servicing, wheels, road tax, RAC membership etc) for an extra £30 per month. So thats works out to be around £1000 over the three years. This sounds like a really good deal worth adding....what do you guys think?

I`ve had the maintenace on the STI8 for £40 more, I think it`s well worth it I`ve had it on 12,000 miles a year and am sure I`ll be better off, long term.

Do it I`d say. What deal did you get in the end on 3x35.

The best I got so far is £326 per month plus VAT. Thats from a broker....that includes metallic paint, but I havent asked about the tracker yet...i am hoping to get that included.

Listers in Worcester havent got back to me yet and Showells in Lye was pretty expensive.

Just need to sell my Sport now.....

My STI is £430 + VAT inc. maintenance. I`ve had prices for the WRX at £339 + VAT inc. main`. I just thought for an extra £91 I my as well go the whole hog.

just also wondering about insurance. i got a really good quote from tesco, but it asks if you are the registered owner.

i understand that with the leases, you are not the reg owner. how does this work with insurance and does it increase cost?

Your corect, just tell them it`s a contract hire car and who owns it, some won`t insure. But Tesco`s don`t mind.

we are off to the accountants tomorrow to discuss this but you may be able to help us before that.

we currently dont put any car expenses through the business and I finance my own car. I am selling that to pay off my own personal debts and the take on this lease with the business paying for the lot.

I am not the director (i am company secretary) but am the only paid employee. the car will be for my use but the lease in the directors name.

where do the company and I stand on tax? will i personally get taxed as though this is a "company car" or otherwise? If so, how much tax can I expect to pay, bearing in mind my acual pay is very low.

The only other idea we had was for me to have a personal lease, although I'd prefer to have the debt with the company.

I understand if you cant or wont give any ideas.
