I eventually decided to bite the bullet & after a year of faffing decided to purchase a kit off Mark

WOW I cannot believe the difference this stuff makes & how easy it is to use !

I thought I would try it on the girlfriends Crx to start with
smaller & more marks on it & red so difference should be easy to spot

Spent 3 hours on the car & it looks amazing ! What a difference
IM going to do mine in the next couple of days so i think a couple of before & after piccies might be the order of the day !

I have tried All the Turtle waxes & auto glyms etc & this is the best be a mile !

The paint is so smooth & shiny

God only knows how good the £1200 wax must be

Heh, another convert...The best bit is, when it gets dirty you just jet wash it with clean water and the dirt falls off!!!

Doing mine again on Saturday so lets see the comparison on sunday

Andy W..no, not everyone got the free w/blade. I only managed to get 80 before the manufacturer went bust after I paid in advance. I doubt that I have any chance of getting the rest of my money back. At the end of the day they were a free bolt on.

Andy,

No mate you're not alone. I echo your sentiments.

Just hope when I buy my next car with the "Free" Air Con they don't forget to put it in

This is not a witch hunt as I have sent previous e-mails which did not receive a reply. I'm sorry but I do not accept the response stated, when the Swissol site is advertising a "Water Blade". Any loss suffered (I do sympathise) is between the two companies involved. IMHO the customer is not the one that should lose out whatever the circumstances.

Guy

Yep, best stuff on the market, tried many others before coming across Mark a couple of years ago. I still remember that feeling of disbelief when I saw the scoob after Mark had "given it the treatment"
Mark, if you read this, L&k Ordered, due in March, 4x4 being sourced at the moment although still got the scoob to shift (300 bhp, best offer over £6500, someone will get a bargain but I need drive space quickly)
So should have 2 for the treatment shortly will call you to arange.

lol @ sti wanna subaru and Andy W, does it really matter about a poxy W/blade anyway? I mean if you are that desperate for one go out and spend a measly £10 on one. Come on guys give Mark a break he is obviously a GOD at what he does and has helped us out already by giving us the products cheaper.

I'll ring you soon Mark as i had my Swissol kit stolen and i need a replacement!!

Come to think of it can you e-mail me as i dont have your number anymore. lol

It's just the principle. I admit Mark is very helpful and I'm not knocking the products. It's just he's very happy to come on and take all the praise and pick up new trade yet when something does go amiss the attitude is I've lost out, so do you. If Mark was a big corporation and not somebody many know personally I'm sure people attitude would be different........ as I say it's down to the principle of it.

Absolutely with you on that one sti.
Its a failure to supply to the contract.probably breaks the sale of goods act!!
if you are in business you are right into it.
nothing personnel mark, this is business.
A promise was made which has now been admitted cannot be met.People expect the balde or equivalent and quite rightly so on my view.

HOW MUCH!!! It's going to cost me nearly £60 just for some shampoo and pre wax cleaner (500ml of each) only cost me £65 for the whole kit last year! Granted these were 250ml bottles, but I did get wax, glass cleaner, tyre and rubber protector, waxing pads and 2 towels as well.

Serious group buy discount needed I think

I understand the principles well enough STi, but still think that with the amount of hard work Mark puts into getting the group buys oranised and the overall amount of money lost by selling the individual products/kits cheaper is a big favour in itself.

Navigator: Whats this about the sale of goods act? Lmao, this makes me laff i dont think anyone signed anything to state that we would all be getting a W/Blade! It was promised, therefore not a legally binding document, as nothing was signed. I cant believe all this is for a measly W/Blade lol

I didnt enter this group buy as i could not afford to part with the money at the time, i am however up for the next group buy. I need to order some now come to think of it as someone kindly stole my stuff from the car or the house!

Why not ask Mark for another terry cloth if the fact that you might have lost out on something bothers you that much!

Cool

I know what it can do, I've been using it since last year, I just don't remember it being so expensive, but thinking back I think I got some discount from Mark so that might explain it.

Gossy did my Terzo with Swissol stuff last year and it still comes up realy nicely.

I thought I'd pay a bit more and get an expert to do the job ...... or was I just being lazy?

Scott, the Scoobyshop, or Mark Underwood, who's posted on the first page of the thread. Mail him. Just be aware, once you've used it, you'll never settle for stuff like Autoglym ever again..!
