Picked up my MY2000 turbo from Well Lane in Leeds yesterday. Amazing car, just awesome. Had a 306 GTI6 before and you always have this niggling feeling - are the impreza turbos really that good? Yes! Yes1 And then some.
I had a scoobysport box fitted ready for me to collect it. Massive grin, sounds awesome. Also has a wicked alpine stereo fitted too.
Awesome car - went for a blat this evening following my cousin in his STI 5. Exhaust sounds awesome on full throttle.
Brakes need a bit of standing on but i was expecting that and may uprate to a godspeed conversion in the future.
Yet another grinning scooby owner smitten with his beast.

Tempting on the power mods, but ive bought 3 years warranty so maybe leave it mostly alone.
Another gripe, headlamps are pants, specially on dip, have to slow doen when cars come the other way sometimes in the dark, caat! bought some halfords brilliance bulbs - and the ones in the lamps already are philips bright jobs - no diff!
So some research into a scoobysport gas discharge kit maybe on the cards. Better start selling my body for some dosh. Ok thats 5 quid , hows about the rest? grr

P.S. My awesome alpine stereos got the worst radio tuner in the world, half the time cant pick anything up - but who cares? turn it off and listen to the scoobysport symphony. Niiiiice :-)
