Well done Chris - didnt see them, but good to see some agressive modding That's a serious comment as well, not taking the Mike.
Paul - try searching the Subaru UK site, for similar ones

S98 at a dealer 6 weeks ago. Standard apart from 17" Speedline Chrono's. 45K mile. One owner. £13,995 talked him down to £11,495.
Hope this helps.

CB - well spotted Sir - I'd just taken 10mins off for a ciggie break and missed them

I have got one anyway and it is because of Paul I got it.
But to value ANY 98 Impreza special edition or not with AP 6 pots and 18'OZ superlegs at £6,000 is a joke
That said even to value it at £9,000 is joke. You'd be better off selling you brakes and wheels and then taking £9,000.

i was just asking to see if the dealers were up to there tricks with poor trade in prices
i have decided they want to give you low book prices for your car and want top book for there cars
well at this rate if they are not giving me at least 9.5k they can sit there all christmas and look at the car i wouldnt buy because they wouldnt give me an extra 500 quid so to all the salesmen have a great christmas at work trying to sell your cars while i sit in my scoob with a month off work an all my money in the bank
enjoy

I'd agree with Alan... if you've got expensive bits (such as AP 6 pots) your better of splitting and selling the car as standard. Modifications are worth nothing on the car but are worth plenty on their own .
Tony.
P.s i'd keep the car at the moment... seems nothings shifting at the mo. Just for example i had the oportunity of a T reg STi type R with AP 6 pots, 17" wheels etc for £10500. Shame it's Christmas and im just about to move house .
