smells like a fiddle to me, i know the road in farnbrough were the address is listed, saw no cars outside to match the prizes, although if its genuine he must be making a mint.

Didnt see any of the prize houses in the garden either :-) lol

maybe he buys the prize once all tickets sold etc

Hi,
I've just come across this site after doing a search for Subaru's on Google.

They're raffling off a Subaru Impreza WRX STi for only £20 a ticket.
They got a TVR and Ferrari also on offer

Odds are pretty good.

I'm thinking about buying a few tickets.

What does anyone else think

There's a similar draw on the Top Prize site (www.topprize.co.uk) but after a burst of interest (including me) ticket sales seem to have dried up & its not clear what's happening as they have a specific number of tickets to shift. Spend your money carefully!

Hotrod - How long ago did you buy the ticket? letitbem.com looks like a much more professional site, may prove more successful.

Exclamation

Looking at the terms and conditions of Letitbeme, especially no.12 it doesn't look as though the Scoob would necessarily be new, more than likely used, as it isn't stated in the prize specs that it is for a new car. Also the price is currently reduced to £20 from what a ticket. From this IMHO the topprize comp looks a bit better as it is for a new STI7 or model of equivalent value, so if all tickets are not sold by next Feb will it then be for a STI8 rather than the STI7 ?

Any one who has got a top prize ticket had any info on whether this will now be for an STI8? If it is I think the ticket sales might take off again.

I'm playing the topprize game. Seemed a lot straighter than some of 'em out there... A few people on here have already won other prizes too

You didn't find the letitbeme site on google; it ain't known by google other than the welcome page.

Try this link, which searches google for "letitbeme" and "impreza", funnily enough it doesn't find it.

Take yer advertising elsewhere, or pay for a banner ad like topprize did.

My apologies if I've jumped to a conclusion here, but my rudimentary detective work leads me to believe this is just a cheap advert

Nick.

Wink

chiark - Your "rudimentary detective" work as you put it was obviously not very thorough, I did indeed find the site at google, goto google.co.uk do a search purely for the word "competitions" and you will see their advert appear in a box on the right hand side of the page. The advert title says "Win a Ferrari"

Apology accepted ;-)

My original search was actually for "Subaru WRX" which does bring up their advert for "Win a Subaru"
